A Wild EmberSpark

OMG A WILD PONY!
yeah i wanted to try something new XD

She appears in SoulSilver and HeartGold and can not appear in the wild in Black and White.
the only way to get one in those games is a Special event called "The day the Fire's raised" where a EmberSpark appears in White Forest/Black city and beings to start fires, you have to find it and calm it down. then the next day it will appear outside those areas and want to be on your team.

1: EmberSpark is seen only around times of extreme heat. They speed off in a trail of Blue Flames that some say crackle like the sound of lightning.
2: In the Summer time EmberSpark is a common sight. by flying overhead they sometimes cause Forest Fires.
